Description of the role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior B2B Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing efforts and help generate leads for our growing business-to-business (B2B) customer base across Europe. This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn by doing—working across multiple digital channels and gaining experience in content creation, campaign management, website updates, and marketing automation. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Website & Content Support: Assist in updating website content, optimizing pages for SEO, and maintaining accuracy across our digital presence. Campaign Support: Help create and manage email campaigns, social media posts (especially LinkedIn), and paid ad support. Lead Management: Support the segmentation and maintenance of contact lists in our CRM and marketing automation tools. Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot dashboards, supporting monthly performance reports. Content Coordination: Help plan and publish blog posts, case studies, email content, and landing pages with guidance from the team. Event & Webinar Promotion: Assist in digital promotions for company events, webinars, and online demos. Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, trends, and target audiences to inform campaigns and content planning. Requirements for the role 2-3 years of experience in digital or online marketing. Interest in B2B marketing, technology, SaaS, AV/UCC, or managed services. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, or willingness to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English (other European languages a plus). Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (email, SEO, social media, etc.). Organized, proactive, and curious—you’re not afraid to ask questions or try new things.
