Strategic leadership, planning, and development of the IT infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Active Directory hybrid deployment)
Managing desktop support, software licensing, and deployment strategies
Representing IT during internal and external audits
Supporting data protection and quality management systems
Managing user access rights and resources on a project basis
Ensuring validation of software systems, overseeing change management processes
Directing data backup, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives
Providing oversight and escalation support for general IT issues across the organization
Leading, mentoring, and developing the IT team
Minimum of five years of experience in IT management or senior-level system administration
Proven experience with Windows and Linux system administration
Extensive IT security knowledge and experience in managing secure IT environments
Experience with software and platform validation according to GAMP5 is advantageous
Fluent English required; proficiency in German advantageous
Residence in Munich or willingness to relocate to Munich to support the team in-office
