Your responsibilities
* Inventory forecasting & stock control: Analyse sales history, service data, and seasonality to forecast demand; align stock levels with PD targets; maintain optimal inventory turnover.
* Spare parts ordering: Prepare forecasts, create purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers/factories for timely replenishment.
* Dispatch & delivery monitoring: Track order processing, dispatch accuracy, and delivery lead times; resolve delays or discrepancies.
* Obsolete stock management: Identify parts at risk of obsolescence, prepare clearance proposals, and coordinate with Sales/Marketing to promote sell-through.
* Performance reporting: Prepare KPIs (fill rate, delivery time, stock accuracy, obsolete ratio) and present to management; track against SLA/targets.
* Audit & compliance: Ensure all inventory transactions and documentation meet company and regulatory audit requirements.
Your profile
* 3–5 years in spare parts/logistics/inventory management.
* Strong knowledge of forecasting methods, stock control, and supply planning.
* Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and reporting tools (Power BI).
* Understanding of spare parts lifecycle, including obsolescence management.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Clear communication with multiple stakeholders (PD, suppliers, logistics, service network).
* Problem-solving and decision-making under time constraints.
* Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
