We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager (f/m/d) to join our division starting at the earliest possible opportunity.
Your responsibilities
Responsibility – As a part of the global Risk and Compliance Team you will develop and manage the implementation of data compliance strategies and work with cross-functional teams to embed data related controls and standards into critical processes and systems.
Risks – Your responsibilities include monitoring and identifying compliance risks related to data processing and developing effective risk mitigation strategies. You also promote measures resulting from compliance violations, in accordance with processes and protocols.
Processes - You will assist in documenting compliance and data management processes, including monitoring, testing, and related evidence, to ensure that all internal audit and QMS requests can be answered completely. In Addition, you will also monitor regulatory developments to ensure ongoing compliance with changing requirements.
Collaboration – You will work closely with the GCDO Compliance and Policy Leader and the Compliance and Policy Team to collaborate on inter-related team projects to ensure responsible and compliant data management and use across GCDO and the network.
Your profile
1. You have completed your studies in business, IT, data management or a related field.
2. You have at least six years of experience in data management, governance, compliance or a related field. In addition, you have extensive experience in data compliance, governance, and risk management, along with a proven track record of developing and implementing data control frameworks.
3. You have working knowledge and experience with global data protection regulations and industry standards, such as GDPR and ISO27001.
4. You are fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
5. Your analytical and structured approach supports you in your daily tasks. In addition, your strong communication skills and leadership experience enable you to deal effectively with various stakeholders.
