Senior Service Delivery Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of services contracts. This role involves supervising and coordinating activities to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning and overseeing client commitments by understanding technical architecture and interactions between them.
* Taking accountability for service delivery performance, including incident management, problem management, and configuration management.
* Creating and maintaining functional teams by leading operational governance and orchestrating service delivery teams.
* Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange.
* Create and maintain client relationships by identifying operational stakeholders, establishing long-term relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Required qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management and Service Delivery. Fluency in English is required, with German and Luxembourgish being a plus.
Technical skills include general knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud, ITIL certification, and project management methods. Soft skills include customer orientation, analytical skills, teamwork, and solutions orientation.
