* Establish and build long-term relationships with new clients and intermediaries from Belgium.
* Develop tailored business strategies using all available resources to create own client portfolios.
* Coordinate events (seminars, conferences) to expand own portfolio.
* Conduct thorough research to identify business opportunities with new clients.
* Maintain trusting client relationships.
* Stay up-to-date with current market conditions to detect and/or anticipate potential business opportunities.
* Collaborate across business lines to develop new business leads and ensure exceptional after-sales service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven track record in Wealth Management as a Relationship Manager.
* Strong network of private customers and financial intermediaries in Belgium.
* Excellent knowledge of products and services required by Belgian private customers and financial intermediaries.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build lasting relationships.
* Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
* High level of integrity and ethics.
* Relevant University background in Finance.
