CEO Germany (m/f/d)

For one of the fastest-growing industrial companies in Europe, we are currently searching for a CEO Germany to lead a recently acquired business unit.
Our client has achieved exceptional growth and continues to pursue an ambitious expansion strategy. The German entity represents a cornerstone of this growth and offers significant upside potential.
Your Role
As CEO Germany, you will hold full P&L responsibility for a large industrial operation, reporting directly to Group leadership. You will be entrusted with both operational excellence and strategic transformation.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Full P&L ownership for the plant
* Leadership and development of approximately 500 employees across all key functions (Sales, HR, Finance, Production, Logistics, etc.)
* End-to-end responsibility for a major brownfield transformation, including modernization, efficiency improvements, and capacity ramp-up
* Driving commercial growth and sales expansion in a highly attractive market environment
* Ensuring strong governance, safety, and performance culture aligned with Group standards
Strategic Context
The German site is expected to produce chemicals that are currently in short supply in the market, positioning the business for strong demand and accelerated growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape a critical asset within a high-growth international group.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in a plant/general management or CEO/Managing Director role within chemical manufacturing environment (having experience with leading a chemicals plant is key)
* Strong track record in P&L leadership, large-scale operations, and transformation projects (brownfield experience highly valued)
* Ability to lead complex organizations and inspire large, multidisciplinary teams
* Commercially minded, with the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable growth
* Comfortable operating in an international, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
