Job Description
We are seeking an Operational Risk Manager to support Banking Services Operations Management in implementing best practices and an optimal permanent control framework.
* Execute controls according to control plans and methodologies, ensuring results are reviewed and analyzed by management and stakeholders. Define remediation action plans as needed.
* Coordinate incident daily management and reporting with business managers. Perform data quality checks before closing incidents in tools.
* Build and coordinate the Risk Control Self-Assessment exercise with business unit managers.
* Ensure timely procedure updates in tools with the business.
* Use OPC tools and templates on a BAU basis, including reporting and dashboarding ones.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in operational risk management and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting.
