Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Contract Manager to oversee the storage and handling operations for a key client. This role involves managing inbound stock received via containers and LCL deliveries, ensuring efficient storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to the customer.
Working Hours
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
· Lead warehouse operations ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
· Manage budgets and implement cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency
· Maintain accurate inventory and secure facilities to prevent stock loss
· Plan and execute timely inbound and outbound stock movements
· Optimize warehouse space and resource allocation
· Achieve contract targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Motivate and train warehouse staff to maximize productivity
· Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment (MHE) by trained personnel
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular service reviews
· Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery
