This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level containerisation and orchestration solutions. This role will partner closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to support the deployment, scaling, and operational management of applications across a modern, cloud-enabled environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. - Support development teams in containerising applications and building CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and release management. - Monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance issues within OpenShift and underlying Kubernetes infrastructure. - Implement container security best practices, including access controls, policy enforcement, and compliance standards. - Collaborate with security teams to integrate organisational security requirements into the OpenShift platform. - Produce documentation for configurations, processes, standards, and operational procedures. - Stay current with OpenShift advancements, Kubernetes ecosystem updates, and emerging DevOps tooling to recommend ongoing enhancements.
