As part of Straumann's finance transformation journey, including a shift to SAP S/4HANA, you'll contribute to rolling out and improving core processes across our global network. You'll work independently with stakeholders, coordinate with external suppliers, and have the freedom to innovate.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architectural design and implementation of P2P solutions, with a primary focus on OpenText VIM and SAP integrationDrive process standardization and optimization across the global P2P landscapeProvide technical leadership in solution design workshops and stakeholder meetingsDevelop and maintain solution architecture documentation, including process flows, integration patterns, and technical specificationsLead end-to-end implementation projects for OpenText VIM across international subsidiaries, including concept development, implementation planning, testing coordination, user training and hypercare supportGuide the implementation of automated invoice processing, payment workflows, and vendor management solutions, including payment processes, formats (PAIN, CGI), and banking connectivityDesign and implement payment approval workflows, payment controls, and bank communication systemsOversee integration with global payment systems, ensuring compliance with international payment standards and regulationsSupport and guide the transition from existing SAP systems to S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration with P2P processesManage relationships and coordinate with external consulting and support service providers to ensure optimal solution deliveryCollaborate with finance, treasury, procurement, and IT teams to align solutions with business requirementsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standardsMentor and provide technical guidance on P2P best practices.Requirements8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years focused on P2P processesDeep expertise in OpenText VIM implementation and configurationStrong knowledge of SAP modules, particularly FI, MM, and related P2P components, including in-depth expertise in SAP payment configurations, payment systems and formats (PAIN, CGI, SWIFT)Proven track record of successful global system implementationsExperience with SAP S/4HANA migration projectsExperience with invoice processing automation and workflow designUnderstanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with Coupa Treasury or other treasury management systems (a plus)A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independentlyResilience, a willingness to learn, and a connected way of thinkingFluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plusWillingness to travel occasionally (5-10%)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
