What you can expect
1. You plan, analyze, and optimize campaigns for new customer acquisition, cross-/upselling, reactivation, and churn prevention.
2. You ensure complete tracking of all campaign activities and their success across all sales channels.
3. You transform raw data into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
4. You regularly analyze campaign data (leads, conversion rates, revenue contribution) and derive recommendations for action.
5. You create reports and interactive dashboards for management and sales teams (e.g., in Power BI).
6. You identify optimization opportunities to continuously improve campaign performance and develop and validate KPI logics for campaign tracking and success measurement.
7. You ensure consistency and data quality across all systems and reports, and you use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot for planning, execution, and tracking, leveraging data sources such as CRM, SAP, Snowflake.
8. You use Power Query for data modeling and transformation.
9. You develop and implement standardized workflows for campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.
10. You ensure European-wide consistency of all campaign processes and coordinate with local contacts and sales teams (Inside Sales, Field Sales Channel Managers).
11. You promote knowledge sharing across countries and teams, including lessons learned and best practices.
What makes you stand out
12. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or Statistics.
13. Ideally, you have additional qualifications in Marketing Analytics or CRM.
14. You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in Campaign/CRM Analytics and Sales Operations.
15. You have hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign tracking, KPI development, and European process harmonization.
16. You are proficient in Power BI (including DAX and Data Modeling) and Power Query (ETL).
17. You are familiar with Dynamics 365 and HubSpot (workflows/tracking).
18. You have experience with SQL (Snowflake) and SAP data integration.
19. You ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
20. You communicate clearly and effectively and Stakeholder management motivates you and drives you to create solutions collaboratively.
21. You design processes, promote enablement, and share best practices.
22. You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
