Territory Sales Manager - DACH (m/f/x)
Reporting to the Europe Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager – DACH is responsible for executing Spectra Precision's commercial strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role serves as the primary regional representative, ensuring strong market presence, effective dealer and distributor engagement, and alignment with European and global sales and marketing objectives.
The position contributes directly to regional revenue growth and brand strength by developing customer partnerships, supporting distribution channels, and translating market insights into actionable sales strategies. Leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge, the Territory Sales Manager ensures Spectra Precision's laser and measurement solutions meet the practical needs of construction professionals while reinforcing the company's reputation for quality and innovation.
Lead and manage all sales activities within the DACH territory to achieve revenue, growth, and market penetration objectives.
Execute territory-specific business plans in collaboration with the Europe Sales Manager, aligned with broader European sales strategy.
Represent Spectra Precision at industry events, trade shows, customer demonstrations, and on-site visits to promote product awareness and adoption.
Support dealer and customer training initiatives, providing hands-on product demonstrations and application-focused education.
5-7 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally supported by hands-on trade, field, or application-based exposure.
~ Proven success in territory or regional sales, business development, or dealer management within construction, construction technology, or precision equipment markets.
~ Strong understanding of construction workflows, distribution models, and the operational needs of contractors and dealers.
~ Demonstrated ability to build and manage effective dealer and distributor relationships within established sales channels.
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to operate effectively and independently in a remote, field-based role. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote, field-based environment.
~ Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
~ Fluency in German and English.
Experience supporting or managing dealer networks across multiple countries or regions.
Experience delivering customer or dealer training programs and technical product demonstrations.
