About the job and your team
This position will lead a team of technicians and collaborate with all levels of management. The primary responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting controls for both existing and new equipment. Additionally, this role will support the management of integrators for new business initiatives.
You will work on
* Strategic HR Partnership: Partnering with leaders to identify HR priorities and developing people strategies that support business objectives.
* Employee Relations: Guiding managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace.
* Talent Management: Collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
* Performance Management: Supporting performance reviews, goal-setting processes, and individual development plans.
* Change Management: Leading or supporting HR-driven organizational changes, including restructuring, process improvements, and cultural initiatives.
* Diversity and Inclusion: Working on initiatives to build an inclusive and diverse work environment where everyone feels they belong.

Your qualifications and skills
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels.
* SAP SuccessFactors skills: Excellent understanding of the Employee Central module.
* Power BI skills: Experience in the use of Power BI supporting HR processes.
You would also ideally have
* Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., technology, finance].
* A certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or a relevant field.
* Proven experience in managing or supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
* Familiarity with change management principles and organizational development practices.
