Your new position
In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the marketing of a dynamically growing portfolio. You will develop strategies, provide creative imputs in the marketing mix, and ensure that our brands are successfully positioned in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and the sales team to implement innovative campaigns and achieve measurable results.
Your main tasks include:
* Implementation, adaptation, and further development of the global brand and therapy area strategy at the local level
* Close collaboration with cross-functional teams in the creation and implementation of strategic plans
* Development of promotional materials in cooperation with agencies and external service providers
* Continuous review and optimization of marketing concepts and activities
* Planning and managing the marketing mix and preparing management templates ready for decision-making
* Supporting the sales team by planning meeting cycles and implementing successful product campaigns
* Responsibility for the promotion budget and analysis of market and competitive developments for integration into marketing activities
Your new department
The Obesity Business Unit combines the areas of marketing and sales. We work together in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment that also incorporates expertise from the Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, and External Affairs departments, among others. Our common goal is to destigmatize the chronic disease of obesity in society and make it easier for those affected to access appropriate treatment.
Your skills and qualifications
You have several years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and product management and ideally have gained expertise in metabolic disease indications.
You also have:
* Experience in project management and control, especially in cross-functional collaboration
* Knowledge of marketing pharmaceutical products
* Competence in strategy development and analytical methodology
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
* Willingness to contribute new ideas and drive them forward
* Fluent German and English skills as a must have requirement
