WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Develop and execute business strategies for electronic material products, including project pipeline creation and conversion
2. Implement product-related promotion strategies tailored by region, market, and application
3. Define, monitor, and execute strategic target accounts, including demand analysis and mid-term target setting
4. Increase project pipeline and conversion rates with existing customers while generating new demand in emerging markets and applications
5. Identify technological trends, consolidate requirements, and drive new product development initiatives
6. Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales teams and our factories
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
7. Master degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
8. Strong foundation in material and chemical science to bridge technology discussions between internal and external R&D centers, influencing new chemical material formulations
9. High technical proficiency in electronic materials and proven sales skills in this product area
10. In-depth knowledge of analyzing product, customer, and market demands in electronic material fields
11. Independent working style, strong analytical and strategic thinking
12. Team player with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
13. Business fluent in German and English
