As a working student for communications design in our CTO Communications Team, you will work on a variety of innovative and strategic technology projects. Advised by our designers and comms experts, you will support the team with the creation of compelling and understandable visualizations for technical presentations, strategic communication assets, keynotes and our internal communication channels (such as Newsletters, SharePoint pages, presentations).
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Visual design, digital media, communication design or a related field
A design portfolio (online), showcasing your visual work
Fluent in English (written and verbal), German is a plus
Work ideally either from Walldorf, Munich or Berlin (we would greatly appreciate it if you could come to the office from time to time so we can get to know each other in person and benefit from collaborating onsite as a team)
Experience and strong interest in creating communication assets such as keynotes (slides), newsletters, social media content and SharePoint pages for different audiences (executives, engineers, non‑technical stakeholders)
Strong visual and communication design crafting skills (layout, typography, brand consistency, slide design, infographics – video editing/motion design/ux is a plus)
Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Adobe illustrator/indesign/photoshop, Figma, Canva)
Proficiency with MS Office (especially PowerPoint for decks, Word for documents, Excel for simple data/roadmaps, Outlook/Teams for coordination, SharePoint for organizing, sharing, and collaborating on digital content)
Teamwork, reliability, and time management to support multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving tech setting. Hands-on and open-minded mentality
As part of SAP Global Communications, our team focuses on communicating all topics related to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the entire CTO Area. We develop strategic messaging and content for a variety of technology topics with a strong focus on AI. We engage with internal and external key audiences, e.g. executives, employees and media.
We work in teams that are mainly located in Berlin and Walldorf and collaborate closely with other SAP teams to realize our mission.
