The Team – your impact
As a Senior M365 Expert (f/m/d), you will be part of the Core M365 Platform team within E.ON Digital Technology (EDT). This team is responsible for the operation and continuous development of E.ON's Microsoft 365 tenant – the backbone of communication, collaboration, and business processes across the E.ON Group.
You will play a key role in shaping and supporting the M365 platform strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and driving innovation through new services and features. Your expertise will help deliver sustainable, scalable, and secure workplace solutions for the entire organization.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
* Provide expert guidance and consultancy on all Microsoft 365 services and components
* Support and advise on incoming business requests and alignment with IT strategy
* Lead and support migration activities, including landscape preparation and execution
* Plan and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for new services and innovations
* Manage service adoption and end-user communication for new features, changes, and maintenance
* Deliver continuous reporting on platform status to management and relevant workstreams
* Contribute to the operational management of the M365 platform
* Support license management and governance activities
* Create and maintain technical documentation such as user guides and FAQs
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
* Deep technical understanding of Microsoft 365 services and components
* Proven experience in solution development and operational management
* Expertise in M365 migration planning and execution
* Strong background working in DevOps environment
* Experience in planning and delivering PoCs/MVPs for new services
* Familiarity with license management, strategy, and governance frameworks
* Excellent technical writing skills for documentation and user support
* Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a proactive mindset
* Proficient in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus
