We are a flexible and dynamic HR team with a strong background of Danaheru2019s toolkits for our core processes and interesting projects in the pipeline to allow you to grow within our team and leave a footprint for our organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: HR Operations & DBS: You develop & implement standard & high-quality work processes and procedures (including the creation and storage of contractual documents & assurance of up-to-date data in the HR IT systems). Employee point of contact: You act as a competent point of contact for employees regarding concerns and questions that arise. Payroll Germany, time management and operational support for company pension and benefits: You are responsible for the coordination, implementation and quality control of time management and monthly payroll for the relevant employees as well as the operational support for company pension schemes and benefits. Compensation processes and HR Analytics Germany: You are responsible for the operational implementation of the compensation processes defined for Germany and development & assurance of HR reporting and analytics for Germany. Project work: You manage individual, defined projects within your own area of responsibility and actively participating in more extensive national and, if applicable, international projects (e.g. introducing digital HR processes, etc.).
