Tasks and Qualifications:

8. Support the development and maintenance of Power BI and Jira dashboards for effective project and portfolio tracking
9. Assist in maintaining and enhancing Power Apps and Power and automate solutions used within the PMO environment
10. Help coordinate, monitor, and track project deliverables, milestones and risks across the transformation portfolio
11. Contribute to the preparation of status reports, program presentations, and steering committee materials, ensuring clarity, strong visual quality and accuracy
12. Maintain project documentation, templates and SharePoint pages
13. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and retrospectives
14. Conduct research on PMO methodologies, tools and best practices to support continuous improvement
Your Profile
15. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
16. Strong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to understand end-to-end processes and how tools, data, and stakeholders interact
17. Solid to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
18. Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
19. High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced transformation environment
20. Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Jira (or comparable tools) is an advantage
21. Strong communication skills in English and good German with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
