take ownership of Ruby's international sales success outside our hotel destinations
lead and inspire an international team of Sales Executives and Managers, creating one team spirit across different locations and markets
support Ruby's growth journey by driving market entries, pre-openings and strategic commercial projects
successfully completed a training in the hospitality industry and/or have a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or comparable
at least 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management and have successfully led and developed teams
confident working across international markets, cultures and stakeholder groups, building lasting partnerships along the way
have a data-driven mindset, paired with the curiosity and confidence to challenge the status quo
fluent in English and ideally bring good German language skills
