Key Responsibilities:
* Manage onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding of staff.
* Coordinate communication between departments.
* Ensure compliance with employer obligations toward authorities.

* Administer HR documents.
* Gather staff information and maintain databases.
* Produce HR reports.
Payroll Responsibilities:
* Maintain payroll calendar and processes.
* Coordinate with payroll providers.
* Prepare payrolls.
* Monitor collective agreement obligations.
* Manage tax cards.
* Verify payroll output documents.
* Oversee salary bank account with finance department.
* Calculate annual holiday entitlement.
* Manage holiday records.
* Handle sickness and absences.
* Process special leave refunds.
* Manage long-term absences.
* Monitor working time.
* Submit teleworking-related declarations.
Benefits Administration:
* Manage company cars.
* Luncheon vouchers management.
* Pension/health plan administration.
* Incentive/bonus plan management.
* Interest subsidies management.
* Other benefits administration.
Training:
* Manage training requests.
* Request INFPC training subsidies.
