We are looking for you to strengthen our team as:Business Leader Oil & Gas (m/f/d)In this role, you will drive the global development of the Oil & Gas business. With a focus on our On-Off portfolio, you will identify and implement short-, mid-, and long-term strategies while establishing processes. Working closely with our production centers and global sales network, you will ensure the inclusion of our products in customers' Approved Vendor Lists (AVL). Supported by the SAMSON GROUP sales network and the regional BDM team, the business leader O&G will provide global sales coverage across major end users and EPCs working on international projects, from the pre-feed to the project award and to identify the must win projects.Responsibilities:Manage the virtual P&L for Oil & Gas businessSet up and develop the business model for the SAMSON GROUP Oil & Gas business, starting with On-Off products (based on the blue print of Abu Dhabi)Set up and execute the short-, mid- and long-term business strategiesMeet and exceed assigned global budgets on orders, starting with On-Off businessInclude SAMSON GROUP products / brands in end user customers’ AVLsCoordinate inside and outside sales activities, starting with On-Off business (no direct accounts)Identify and qualify must win opportunities from the global project funnel/ pipeline management.Prioritize resource utilization in the SAMSON GROUP matrix organizationTrack and record industry trends to capture future market needs and new business opportunitiesAssist the GROUP with price management including market and competitive price trendsReport voice of the customer on new applications, products and solutionsIdentify and develop unique selling propositions enabling differentiators by using knowledge of the market and competitorsSubmit periodic and accurate business reports and forecasts as requiredYour Profile:P&L Experience / Business Unit Management experience (preferred)Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related comparable engineering10 years experience in on/off and flow control marketing, sales, engineeringProven experience in global project business is requiredProven experience in sales management and complex selling methodology strategiesProven experience in understanding global customers organizations, pains and needs (multibranches EPCs and End Users)Proven experience in working within global complex organization (resiliency across the grey areas)Proven networking skills, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, WritingNegotiation closing skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales PlanningIdentification of Customer Needs and ChallengesKey Account management experience – End Users & EPCFluency in English is a must, knowledge of German and/or Italian and/or Spanish languages will be considered as a plusVery high willingness to travelWhat We Offer:Interesting and responsible work in an international environmentHigh degree of creative freedom and independent workAttractive compensationFlexible working and the opportunity to work fully remotely within EuropeInvest just a few minutes in your online application and give your professional life a new impulse.We have a lot to offer you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
