Show us your expertise and become part of our team at our Wiesbaden location as Administrative Assistant (all genders) You make plenty of things happen here: • Comprehensive support of the Business Unit, especially organization, project management, and appointment coordination • Personal support for Business Unit Director, particularly calendar management, appointment organization, travel management, and expense handling • Support for the Full Business Unit Team, including contract management as well as internal and external event management • Independent organization and management of all administrative tasks within the Business Units (maintenance of employee lists, organizational charts, birthday lists, business cards, office supplies, etc.) • Organization of internal events of different sizes and complexity: sourcing suitable venues considering internal and industry regulations, budget management, coordinating service providers, invitation management, on-site support, and event follow-up • Contract management • Support and cooperation with international colleagues within the affiliate • Promoting cross-departmental and cross-functional collaboration within the support team
