Your Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of financial accounting independently – our processes are highly digital and automated
* Prepare annual financial statements and corporate tax returns.
* Handle Personal tax returns for high-net-worth clients
* Contribute to projects focused on process optimisation, automation, and digitalisation within the firm.
Your Profile:
* Completed training as a Steuerfachangestellte or Steuerfachwirt (or equivalent qualification).
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in tax consultancy or a similar role.
* Excellent German language skills (C1 or higher) — native fluency preferred.
* Confident handling of common Kanzlei software and MS Office (Word, Excel).
* Additional language skills (English, Spanish, Italian, or Russian) are an advantage
* Strong team spirit, reliability, and a structured, responsible working style.
