In the Coatings Division, we are focused on the development, production and marketing of a variety of coating solutions - from applied surface technologies to automotive paints. This portfolio is complemented by "Beyond Paint Solutions", which enables new applications with innovative surfaces.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Global Branding & Communications team under Global Marketing is committed to deliver sustainable and digitally-focused branding and communications strategies for the long-term growth of our Automotive Refinish brands. We are looking for you to support our team for a period of 12 months.
1. In your role as Specialist Global Market Communications, you lead all internal communications for our unit and ensure consistency and quality across all internal touchpoints.
2. As the global lead for internal communications, you develop a comprehensive internal MarCom strategy for internal communications composed of various channels.
3. You partner with branding specialists, corporate communications as well as regions and countries to deliver consistent internal communications as part of the overall integrated MarCom plan.
4. Furthermore, you are responsible for the coordination and execution of all internal events and activities including Townhalls and materials including working with vendors, production houses and creative agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
5. university degree in Marketing or Communications
6. minimum of three years of practical experience as a communication professional
7. excellent communication skills in English and German, ability to work in a team
8. ideally working experience in an in-house position as well as within a communications agency
