Scope
Our client is looking for a NIS2 DevOps Architect who can optimize and modernize the clients DevOps ecosystem (on-prem & hybrid cloud) to enable secure, efficient, and compliant software delivery. The goal is to achieve NIS2 regulatory compliance by 2026 while improving automation, stability, and operational excellence.
Tasks & Deliverables
1. Define target architecture and implement NIS2/security controls.
2. Deliverables: Architecture documentation, control definitions, secure-by-design guidelines.
3. Consolidate and modernize DevOps tools; establish governance and lifecycle rules.
4. Deliverables: Rationalization assessment, roadmap, governance concepts.
5. Improve CI/CD pipelines, IaC, monitoring, and operational processes.
6. Deliverables: Automation improvements, process docs, monitoring setup.
7. Align DevOps operations with cloud and hybrid models.
8. Deliverables: Cloud alignment recommendations standardized operating models.
9. Coordinate with stakeholders and train internal teams.
10. Deliverables: Runbooks, documentation, knowledge transfer sessions.
Skills
11. DevOps Toolchains: Azure DevOps, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory/ProGet
12. Automation & Infrastructure : CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, configuration management, monitoring
13. Compliance & Security: NIS2, ISO 27001, secure-by-design principles
14. Enterprise Delivery: Architecture design, risk assessment, stakeholder communication, independent multi-teamwork
