Role: Scheduler We are seeking a Scheduler to support planning and project controls for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analysing integrated project schedules to ensure reliable execution, clear progress visibility, and early identification of schedule risk.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a logic-linked Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Primavera P6
Integrate contractor and subcontractor schedules for BESS project execution
Establish and maintain baseline schedules, including narratives and schedule governance
Perform regular schedule updates, ensuring accurate progress and forecast data
Conduct critical path, constraint, and delay impact analysis
Support mitigation planning to protect key project milestones
Provide schedule reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking for stakeholders
Contribute to delay analysis, risk inputs, and claims support (e.g., TIA, As-Planned vs As-Built)
Apply scheduling best practices and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in infrastructure, energy, or BESS projects preferred
Proficient in Primavera P6; knowledge of Excel and MS Project advantageous
Strong communication skills in German and English
Experience with schedule risk analysis is a plus.
