Work Experience Hospitality (Praktikum/Werkstudent) (m/f/d)
Ingolstadt Village
Main responsibilities:
1. Provide support to the Apartment Manager and Hospitality Team in project management
2. Provide excellence in guest hospitality and experience including welcome, in-village and departure
3. Interpret trends to facilitate planning a promotional calendar for all seasonal services and guest welcome and departure
4. To put Village forward in service awards and enter into competitions
5. Support the overseeing of the operation and planning of the Village promoters
6. Support the Concierge in ensuring that the Concierge Services is fully compliant with all legal Trading Standards, Health & Safety legislation and security standards
7. Contribute in shaping and establishing critical Hospitality / Service measures, ensuring that the team understands these standards and the part they play in delivering on these
8. Work closely with the Retail and Marketing/tourism team to effectively plan for all key trading events and peak periods, including all key tourism and retail calendar events, such as Easter & Christmas, Chinese New Year and Eid etc
Role Requirements:
9. Strong hospitality/customer care skills
10. Commercial acumen and the ability to deliver with sound analytical insights
11. Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality is preferred but not required
12. Able to work individually or as part of a team
13. Flexibility in terms of working hours & pattern (including weekends and Bank Holidays
14. Intuitively understands the importance of excellence of customer experience/hospitality
15. Easily collaborates across multi-functional teams, internally and externally
16. Very good English and German - other European languages advantageous
17. Computer literate and fully competent in preparing regular reporting
