GMP Manager (all genders) in the Packaging Department
The Leverkusen Supply Center of Bayer is a central hub for pharmaceutical production and packaging. As a GMP Manager (all genders) in the packaging department, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. The packaging department is responsible for the precise and safe packaging of pharmaceutical products, adhering to the highest standards. In this responsible position, you report directly to the Head of Pharmaceutical Affairs and contribute your expertise to the continuous improvement of processes.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You ensure compliance with GMP regulations in the packaging operations and represent the department during audits and inspections
2. You prepare risk assessments and update local SOPs; you also conduct training sessions
3. You evaluate production deviations and coordinate appropriate CAPA measures
4. You review and approve manufacturing documentation as the deputy head of manufacturing
5. You create and maintain Master Batch Records
6. You lead technology- and product-related operational projects
7. You actively support internal and external audits and inspections
8. You contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of GMP processes and compliance standards
WHO YOU ARE
9. You hold a degree in natural sciences, Master of Science, pharmacy, engineering, or a comparable qualification
10. Ideally, you have initial professional experience in pharmaceutical production
11. Knowledge of pharmaceutical law and GMP regulations is advantageous
12. You have solid skills in MS Office and database management
13. You demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
14. You bring strong assertiveness, flexibility, and communication skills
15. You work well in a team and want to be an active part of it
16. Your fluency in German and English (written and spoken) rounds off your profile
