Establish and manage program governance, timelines, and reporting structures. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and ensure execution stays on track. Partner with senior leadership to ensure stakeholder alignment and transparent communication of progress and challenges. Business Value Realization Translate strategic goals into measurable business outcomes and ensure initiatives deliver tangible value. Assess solutions beyond functional compliance—evaluate whether they drive true automation, efficiency, and scalability (e.g., achieve straight-through processing rather than just “checking the box”). Continuously measure and validate value delivery to clients, incorporating client feedback and performance metrics into program direction. Product Innovation Act as the bridge between transformation programs and product development teams to influence the product roadmap based on real-world use cases. Identify opportunities for differentiation and scalability in client solutions that can evolve into productized capabilities. Bring a “pioneering” mindset, help define what the next generation of our platform and service offerings should look like. 😊 About You 10+ years of experience in transformation, consulting, or program management within technology-driven organizations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology. Strong understanding of enterprise technology, process automation, and business value measurement frameworks. Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to shape technology roadmaps. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and measurable results.
