Are you an experienced team leader with experience within semiconductor plants or similar, ready to take on the challenge of establishing and running a new regional site?
We’re working with a leading engineering company that designs and installs highly specialised systems and turnkey plant solutions for industries, including semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and clean rooms. They are opening a new branch in the Reutlingen region and are looking for a Branch Manager (m/f/d) to oversee local operations, build the team, and support this expansion in the area.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within an established and growing international business—ideal for someone who enjoys structure-building, problem-solving, and working closely with both technicians and customers.
What you’ll do:
* Support the setting up and management of the new Reutlingen branch
* Support and grow the local team, with involvement in hiring and onboarding
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
* Act as the key contact for local customers—supporting relationships, not driving sales
* Establish efficient site processes in alignment with company standards
* Report directly to senior management, with input into site development planning
Who we’re looking for:
* A background in the semiconductor industry is preferred but other backgrounds such as cleanroom installation, mechanical/plant engineering, gas/fluid systems or industrial pipework installations could be considered.
* You’ve led or supervised technicians, welders, or installation teams in high-tech environments
* You’re confident in taking initiative, creating structure, and guiding others in a developing setup
* A people-focused leadership style that builds trust and fosters a positive working culture
* Strong communication in German required; English is a plus
* Ideally, you're based near Reutlingen or have strong familiarity with the region
What’s in it for you:
* A permanent role in a well-established company with room for growth
* Career development opportunities—potential to grow with the site
* 30 days holiday, plus Christmas and New Year’s Eve off
* Flexible working hours and a supportive, professional culture
* Benefits include fuel vouchers, company pension support, JobRad leasing, daycare fee assistance, and more
If you’re ready to take the lead at a new location and bring your semiconductor experience to a team that values quality and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
