What you´ll do
* Drive profitable growth as a key contributor within global and regional cross-functional teams
* Own and nurture relationships with key accounts across Europe within the Wind industry
* Serve as the primary contact for your customers
* Shape and implement strategic account plans using data-driven insights to drive long-term success
* Lead cross-functional projects that deliver sustainable value.
* Facilitate collaboration across international customer sites and internal teams
* Drive pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and ensure commercial alignment
* Organize and lead customer engagement events such as Sustainability Workshops, Tech Days, and Application Trainings
What makes you a good fit
* University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics) or Business Administration
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in adhesives industry, ideally in sales with customer-focused approach
* Proven project management and self-organization skills combined with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally
* Fluent German and English skills, very good French skills are beneficial
