TASKS
13. Contribute to the development of regular management reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
14. Aid in enhancing and streamlining global compliance reporting
15. Foster collaboration with local Compliance teams by sharing best practices and providing support and training
16. Share responsibility for maintaining data quality and ensuring effective report development and delivery
17. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and create reports as required
PROFILE
18. Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or a related field, with a keen interest in corporate law and compliance
19. Experience or coursework in compliance, regulatory affairs, or corporate governance, preferably within the financial services sector
20. Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office, including Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Office 365
21. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Cognos is advantageous
22. Demonstrates high integrity and trustworthiness
23. Possesses strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
24. Dependable, self-motivated, and quick to learn, with a proactive approach and adaptability to diverse environments
25. Data-driven, results-focused, and innovative, with the capability to implement new digital workflows
26. Excellent communication skills and adept at fostering strong working relationships
27. Highly organized, with effective task planning and time management abilities
28. Fluent in English, Proficiency in German is an advantage
