Job Description
As a Senior Leader, CX & Innovation Consulting, you will be responsible for the growth, development, and execution of experience and innovation strategy services across the Nordics region and beyond. You’ll work in partnership with other X (Experience & Innovation) capability leads within the region. This role requires frequent travel within the region.
The role operates at the intersection of strategy and design, focusing on opportunities within the C-Suite and senior management teams. You will shape opportunities through a customer and market lens to accelerate value identification and realization for clients. Your responsibilities include defining and shaping customer value propositions, new propositions, experiences, and potentially new businesses, collaborating with various capability groups within Publicis Sapient.
You will originate, shape, and drive transformational strategies from inception through budgeting and implementation, working alongside digital transformation teams. As a senior leader, you will also influence the focus and strategy of Publicis Sapient’s experience offerings.
Qualifications
* Thought leader in Strategic Design and Innovation.
* Business fluency in English.
* Strong consulting skills and experience with C-level clients.
* Excellent team player, well-organized, creative and analytical problem solver.
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, numerical, presentation).
* Willingness to travel.
CX&I Consulting Specific
* Proven leadership in building and managing teams and culture.
* Deep expertise at the intersection of strategy and design.
* Subject matter expert in design thinking and innovation frameworks.
* Customer-led using research techniques with a strong understanding of the commercial case for change.
* Proficiency in Service Design and working with product and engineering teams.
* Understanding of new technology, data platforms, and agile methodologies.
* Experience in owning and driving CX & Innovation project revenue.
