About the Role:
A Senior Corporate Officer is a highly skilled professional responsible for handling legal documentation, collaborating with the accounting department, and maintaining client relationships. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document Management: Prepare, draft, and review legal documentation such as board minutes, resolutions, loan agreements, and corporate papers.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting department for annual accounts approval.
* Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain RCS and RBE filings, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
* Customer Relations: Build and maintain direct contact with clients, fostering trusted relationships.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least three years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg.
* Education: A degree in law is essential.
* Skillset: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are required.
