Function Overview
Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives. Takeour maintenance process to a next level to ensure at all times the perfect customer experience at the POS and collaborate closely with our supplier, field team and KAMs to hit the expectations. Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product and fixtures needs.
Accountabilities
1. Ensure the right look and feel conform the Merchandising guidelines at every physical POS: Dyson Shop-in-shop locations and Modular Gondola Systems with focus on user experience.
2. Drive our retail presence in all channels, ensure premium and brand compliant presentation and communication through retail fixtures
3. Analyse the existing maintenance / merchandise process in order to expand and improve it in the next step.
4. Take full responsibility in the area of maintenance & merchandise and process the daily orders in cooperation with our agencies and the field team within the expected timeframe
5. Take charge of the Car Park to Machine (C2M) area and create the required assets in collaboration with our Commercial Team, Design Hub and Field Team.
6. Support your team within the production of POS fixtures with internal go to market team, ensuring all items are on brand and comply with legal guidelines, whilst meeting the needs of our local retail partners
7. Support your team within project management and POS rollouts from customer requirement to finished execution, ensure quality of deliverables, within time and cost
8. Close collaboration with Marketing, Training, Sales and Agency
9. Build close relationships with internal teams to improve processes, efficiency and quality of output
10. Regular store visits to ensure the best user experience including reporting and monitor competitors in store activities
11. Additional assignments or special projects as assigned or agreed
Skills/Attributes
12. Work independently and collaboratively
13. Fully qualified and experienced in Retail/ Visual Merchandising combining theoretical with practical experience (brand, agency, marketing, sales)
14. Strong organization skills and flexibility
15. Specialist in technical skills
16. Proven track record in project management
17. Native in German
18. English fluent: written & spoken
19. Strong communicative and commercial skills
20. Drivers License
21. Readiness to travel (min. 80%)
