Construction Site Manager (Civil Engineering) – Wilhelmshaven
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of large-scale, energy-related civil engineering projects in Wilhelmshaven. This is a pivotal role for an accomplished professional who can lead with precision, ensure compliance, and drive excellence across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct and coordinate all aspects of civil engineering construction projects
* Guarantee adherence to quality standards, cost targets, and project timelines
* Manage site operations and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, planners, and subcontractors
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate site documentation through project completion
* Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and client-specific standards
* Provide expert support during commissioning processes
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
* Proven track record as a Site Manager on complex projects
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Independent, structured, and decisive approach to leadership
* Fluent in German and English
* Valid driver’s license
Location: Wilhelmshaven
Compensation: €40,000 – €55,000 per annum
