Sales & Business Support (m/f)
Located in Bissen / Luxembourg
Your responsibilities would include:
* Internal support for customer account: receiving and analyzing RFQ’s, preparing quotation, doing the back-office for account manager
* Developing good relationships with our customers and assure excellent service, including customer correspondence
* Assisting in organization of internal customer meetings, supporting preparation of customer presentations
* Verifying monthly sales reports
* Reviewing customer PO’s
* Managing customer contract reviews
* Reviewing and updating forecast database regularly
* Reviewing input for business plan & budget
* Assisting program management meetings, representing sales
* Preparing sales releases
* Reviewing and updating prices in SAP
* Visiting customer premises occasionally
You would need to meet the following requirements:
* Secondary school education, Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset
* Hands-on experience with communicating with the customer
* Experience with administrative tasks, data input and data analysis
* Experience within a technical sales environment is considered an asset
* Good skills in MS Office
* Organized personality, ability to follow up on defined actions
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously in an international environment
* Creativity, team spirit and a proactive attitude are imperative
* Fluency in written and spoken English and French is mandatory
* Any other language is considered an asset
