Head of Community (Crypto/Web3)
Remote | Preference for Europe, Dubai, UK, or EST time zones
About The Role
This is a high-impact leadership position focused on building and scaling a vibrant, engaged community around a secure computation network. You’ll drive innovative strategies across ambassador programs, forums, competitions, and social media campaigns. This cross‑functional role collaborates closely with marketing, product, engineering, developer relations, and research teams to align community efforts with the broader mission. You’ll lead AMAs, workshops, hackathons, Twitter/X spaces, and live events—playing a central role in shaping culture and engagement.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute creative strategies to drive community growth and engagement
* Attract and activate strategic supporters to expand the community intentionally
* Lead end‑to‑end initiatives: ambassador programs, forums, campaigns, and events
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Research teams
* Organize and host AMAs, webinars, and workshops to boost engagement and visibility
* Monitor and analyze sentiment, trends, and feedback to inform strategyLead conflict resolution and crisis management within the community
* Recruit, train, and manage community ambassadors with clear goals and metrics
Essential Qualifications
* 4+ years as a community leader in crypto/Web3
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence
* Deeply embedded in crypto culture; fluent in its narratives and ecosystem
* Proven success in building and scaling communities and ambassador programs
* Strong grasp of blockchain and decentralized systems
* Skilled in community platforms, social tools, and data‑driven engagement strategies
* Strategic thinker with creative problem‑solving and a bias for action
* Empathetic leader who builds resilient, growth‑driven cultures
