Your Qualifications:
* Possession of a valid medical license (Approbation) in Germany
* Board certification in psychiatry and psychotherapy or neurology
* Extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing a range of mental health conditions
* Strong interpersonal skills including empathy, effective communication, and teamwork
* Commitment to developing and enhancing modern care delivery systems
* Interest in collaborative, multidisciplinary approaches and cross-sector care integration
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide treatment for psychiatric disorders within an outpatient setting
* Formulate personalized treatment plans in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
* Actively participate in team meetings to coordinate patient care
* Collaborate with private practitioners, hospitals, and community support organizations
