About the Role If you enjoy turning ideas into impactful marketing campaigns across online and offline retail, this role is for you. As part of the Google Platforms & Devices Channel Marketing team in Germany, you will work across the Pixel and Chromebook ecosystems. You will shape how our devices are presented in the market, driving consistent and high-quality Below-The-Line (BTL) execution to deliver measurable commercial impact and sales with our partners. We are an AI-first team, and you will help leverage new automated workflows to trade operational noise for commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities Support the Channel Marketing team in executing comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for retail and carrier partners in Germany. Manage day-to-day relationships and negotiate directly with key partners to ensure activities align with core commercial objectives. Lead the end-to-end execution of BTL co-marketing campaigns, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis. Apply a strong creative eye to review partner assets and retail experiences, ensuring premium brand representation and alignment. Own campaign KPIs and translate performance data into actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
Who You Are You have 5 + years of relevant marketing experience, ideally with a strong focus on BTL and retail campaigns. You are fully fluent in both German and English. You are a true self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and drives projects forward with clear ownership. You are comfortable talking and negotiating with external partners to secure optimal campaign placements and mechanics. You bring strong attention to detail and take pride in high-quality execution. You thrive in dynamic environments, staying focused, structured, and collaborative.
