Your tasks
7. Interface management & team leadership: Close cooperation with group leaders, product managers and laboratory teams within a matrix structure, as well as professional support for scientific and technical issues.
8. Process optimization & productivity control: Responsibility for on-time production in required quality, including the management of scale-ups, change processes, troubleshooting and the implementation of new procedures.
9. Compliance & technical development: Ensuring compliance with all guidelines on occupational safety, environmental protection and quality assurance (including validation/qualification) as well as continuous modernization through investment proposals in line with the state of the art.
Your profile
10. Completed studies in chemistry, ideally a doctorate in organic chemistry or a comparable field.
11. Extensive theoretical and practical experience in multi-step organic syntheses
12. Professional experience in a production environment under GMP conditions, as well as good knowledge of troubleshooting organic syntheses.
13. Very good English and German skills
14. Very good knowledge of common IT applications including SAP
15. Commitment, perseverance, assertiveness and resilience
16. A structured, conscientious and independent work style
17. The job requires a willingness to be on call.
