I’m partnering with one of Europe’s fastest-scaling AI defence businesses as they continue to build out their LAND organisation following major recent investment and rapid international growth.
This is a genuinely high-impact People Partner role working directly with senior leadership, engineering, delivery, and operational teams in a business operating at the forefront of AI-enabled defence technology.
They’re looking for someone who can operate with conviction in a demanding, high-performance environment; someone who can challenge leaders, raise standards, and help scale the organisation with pace and rigour.
If you have come from a military background this is a significant advantage.

You’ll likely be a strong fit if you:
• Have worked in a fast-scaling business and understand the pace, ambiguity, and pressure that comes with growth
• Have experience in deep-tech, defence, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Can build credibility quickly with analytical and technically strong stakeholder groups
• Have experience managing performance, calibration, org design, and complex employee situations
• Prefer operating close to the business rather than as a traditional support function
• Bring a strong operator mindset and enjoy being hands-on when needed
