As a systems technician for cybersecurity, you will play a central role in the technical implementation of our ATHENE research projects:
* Installation, configuration, operation, and recovery of AI clusters
* Setup, installation, configuration, and operation of systems with very high and highest confidentiality requirements, including structural measures
* Implementation of multi-tenancy in complex system environments
* Implementation of system hardening measures according to current security standards
* Independent collaboration with researchers on technical issues
What you contribute
* Completed studies (either a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience or a Diploma/Master's degree) in the field of IT, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
* Proven experience in handling complex IT infrastructures
* In-depth knowledge of system administration and network technology
* Experience with virtualisation technologies and container solutions
* Knowledge in the area of system hardening and IT security
* Familiarity with common AI platforms and their requirements desirable
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
* Good knowledge of German and English

The weekly working time is 39 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
