Job Description:
The Site Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling project activities from inception to completion, whether performed by subcontractors or direct hires. They ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and quality control policies and standards.
The Site Manager also ensures, with the support of the entire project team, that the project is successfully concluded and that client requirements regarding functionality and standards are met. They handle project delays and emergencies and support the Head of Operations in defining, monitoring, and updating project execution plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with all Company Policies, Procedures, and Regulations concerning Health, Safety, Environment, Security, and Quality.
2. Provide leadership to establish an organization that ensures work execution in accordance with Quality and project specifications.
3. Coordinate all activities from project award to handover to the client.
4. Plan, organize, and manage mobilization/demobilization activities for equipment, personnel, facilities, and tools.
5. Manage project services through daily meetings, coordinating activities of respective departments.
6. Oversee operational activities, coordinating direct hires or subcontractors, ensuring targets are met in terms of time, costs, quality, and safety.
7. Define resource needs in collaboration with the Project Manager, including personnel, vehicles, materials, and logistic structures.
8. Monitor remedial actions to align work schedules with project targets.
9. Establish the project team according to HSE and quality assurance requirements.
10. Implement and enforce stop work policies at each project phase.
11. Apply methodology and enforce project standards per company guidelines.
12. Support proposal development during bidding to ensure coherence with project execution plans.
13. Participate in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
14. Monitor adherence to the Project Execution Plan.
15. Coordinate and manage the detailed construction program.
16. Manage mobilization, resources, and personnel planning.
17. Ensure personnel certifications and safety training are up to date.
18. Promote health, welfare, and safety procedures on site.
19. Motivate the project team towards objectives.
20. Manage waste procedures and permit approvals with HSE collaboration.
21. Oversee day-to-day operational aspects and scope management.
22. Coordinate material delivery, prefabrication, and quality control activities.
23. Optimize resource use and maintain equipment.
24. Organize supervision and ensure team performance standards.
25. Ensure all team members understand KPIs and strive to achieve them.
26. Encourage forecasting, interference identification, and cost management.
27. Implement and promote policies like ABC.
28. Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
29. Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards across all services.
30. Coordinate testing, punch list closure, and subsystem handover activities.
31. Report progress, resource status, and issues to the Project Manager.
32. Manage contractor requests, payments, and disputes.
33. Plan demobilization and site closure activities.
34. Prepare and manage project closeout and lessons learned.
35. Assist in claim preparation when necessary.
Site Manager Job Profile:
Work Experience Requirements:
* At least 8 years of experience as a Site Manager.
* Advanced knowledge of surveying techniques, design, engineering, and company standards.
* Leadership, motivation, and technical skills are essential.
* Excellent communication, planning, interpersonal skills, and stress tolerance.

* Certified Construction Manager (CCM) — a plus.
Work Conditions:
Home office and site attendance required.
Other Specific Requirements:
* Familiarity with company tools, procedures, and processes.
* Proficiency in Office applications and Navisworks.
* Knowledge of standard codes.
