Responsibilities:
1. The Junior Investment Manager (Junior IM) acts as a point of contact for all investment related needs and discussions internally and to clients/prospects.
2. Leverage the expertise of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Deutsche Bank product specialists for strategy insights, market updates, creating bespoke investment solutions and deliver portfolio reviews.
3. Support the Relationship Manager / Investment Manager Teams for Central Europe and Emerging Europe
4. Identify clients’ needs, originate solutions, and increase share of wallet to drive commercial objectives
5. Monitor clients’ portfolios, provide rebalancing ideas, execute investment reviews, ensuring investments are constantly aligned with Deutsche Bank CIO’s views and asset allocation. Assess clients’ risk appetite, own suitability/appropriateness, and ensure portfolios are built and overseen accordingly
6. Ensure/document that investments/trades are fully aligned, applicable, and compliant with regulatory requirements and Deutsche Bank policies
7. Collaborate with Relationship Managers in their prospecting efforts through developing investment proposals and pitch collateral, driving investment pitches, and showcasing full suite of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management capabilities
Skills:
8. Basis experience in working with Wealth Management Clients and existing knowledge across all asset classes (liquid and illiquid)
9. Capability to deliver Investment Proposals, Capital markets outlook and investment discussions in one-on-one meetings or small groups
10. Understanding of the regulatory framework of Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II)
11. Enthusiastic team player, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
12. Willingness for continuous learning and self- development
13. Proficiency in German and English is a must (Additional languages would be of benefit)
