Job Description
* Overall responsibility for the planning, organization, and control of all kitchen processes
* Leadership and motivation of the kitchen team
* Ensuring outstanding food and product presentation
* Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP standards.
* Duty roster and vacation planning
Qualifications
* Experience in an operational management role (e.g., as a kitchen manager) in the hotel, restaurant, or catering industry
* Training as a chef and several years of professional experience as a chef and/or catering specialist
* Highest standards of quality and responsibility
* Ability to work independently
* Passion and dedication to the profession and attention to detail
* High level of personal commitment, hands-on mentality, resilience, and flexibility (shift work)
* Knowledge of German and English
