Job Description
We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Billing Officer.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing client invoices, managing working hours, and participating in monthly and annual closings. They will also maintain specific files, perform ad hoc analyses, and manage services and billing rules within the ERP system.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing accurate and timely client invoices
* Following up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment
* Managing working hours and ensuring accurate record-keeping
* Participating in monthly and annual closings to ensure smooth business operations
In order to succeed in this role, you should possess strong technical skills in MS Office, especially Excel, and have excellent attention to detail. A higher education degree in Accounting or Management is highly desirable, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Familiarity with English or French is essential, as you will be communicating with clients and colleagues from diverse linguistic backgrounds. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
