Sales and Managing Director (m/f/d)
Key responsibilities
1. Implement a local marketing and sales strategy incl. the necessary personnel and processes
2. Increase the German and Austrian market share by selling existing product lines and identifying further product opportunities for the local market
3. Lead, coach and mentor the Germany & Austria team in order to increase the market share
4. Establish and continue long-term relationships with local and international Key Accounts
5. Identify sales opportunities, develop proposals, negotiations, and deal winning processes
6. Win and monitor large projects with high technical content
7. Increase market coverage
8. Monitor Customer Service business
9. Cooperate closely with the HQ and Sites in Europe
10. Establish Romaco’s packaging and processing technology in Germany & Austria
11. Participate in industry related trade fairs, maintain industry relevant networks
Requirements
12. Technical/commercial degree or equivalent industry experience, MBA preferred
13. Min. 10 years working experience incl. 5 years strategic management experience in the engineering based local and international pharma industry (packaging/ processing)
14. Technical background with proven strategic management skills
15. In-depth knowledge of the regional market and relevant industry sales networks
16. Demonstrated sales and business development experience, proven track record
17. Exceptional customer orientation, excellent communication skills
18. Reliable, loyal, responsible for compliance
